Great place to live

Aesthetically from the outside, the apartments look very average. But when you go inside, you see something else entirely. There are modern fixtures, nice paint and well-toned and contrasting cabinets and countertops. The flooring is nice and the appliances are great. When I moved in my carpeting was brand new. Something they forgot to mention when I was doing my tour is there is no centralized heating. Instead, the floors themselves heat up what's the temperature control gauge inside your unit, and trust me, they work very well. There's nothing like getting out of the shower and being surprised buy a warm floor. As far as amenities go, there is a heated pool you can access all year as well as a hot tub, a gym, covered parking, and a playground. To say that the place is perfect would be misleading, but it's one of the nicer places I've ever lived. As far as imperfections go, there is a media package you are forced to pay for, and because my personal internet services through their provider are discounted for me I have to pay for them twice. they were unwilling to work with me in making an exception. Also, people aren't very good about picking up after their dog's poop, either. So watch where you step in the grass areas. But minor complaints aside, it's a great place. Also, the manager, Jasmine, is a really sweet lady. Maintenance inquiries are always handled quickly and during business hours the phone never goes unanswered.

Daughter just moved here. The management is nice and the maintenance people are always willing to help. They allow dogs here.
